An ode to classic Hong Kong flavor, our Salted Lime Tonic is carefully crafted using locally grown kaffir lime from the outskirt of Hong Kong. This unique tonic features crisp citrus and savoury notes, with gentle hints of cardamom and gentian root adding subtle spice and bitterness in the background. Pairs well with espresso and Mezcal.
